The Terms of Usage

The Terms of Usage will hereby explain all of the rules in using each and every one of my designs and graphics; including the contact form. You must fallow the terms before direct-linking, copying codes, or downloading from Elysium Phoenix Designs. If you do not approve of these rules stated below, then I suggest you to use the contact form and compromise your problem(s) or concern(s) with me privately. Breaking the terms will result in your IP banned from this site. If you see anybody breaking any of the terms and conditions, please report it to me immediately. General Site Rules

  1. No graphic materials (avatars, wallpapers, designs, etc.) shall be copied off from the site.
  2. Do not redistribute any of my graphics/resource provided at this website.
  3. No copying/stealing/direct-linking.
  4. There should be no part in this website that you shall imitate or copy in any way.
  5. Please don't plagerize any text materials. This includes any articles
  6. Please read the Terms of Usage first before using the graphics/resources.

Layout Designs

  1. All credits and watermarks must NOT be remove for any typical reasons at all.
  2. The credit section in the design shall stay within it as well as it's suppose to be in it's original coding. Plus, it has to be visible to the eyes.
  3. Do not claim any of the site's designs/layouts as your own.
  4. The original coding and design of the layout can not be plagerized.
  5. Links back to Elysium Phoenix Designs and other resource sites is more than welcomed.
  6. Please don't try to copy and paste/direct-link the stylesheet of the layouts to your own.
  7. Make sure that when you use the layout designs, everything that you have in your contents must be appropriate for all ages. Meaning no hentai, porn, rudeness, or bad language. Please respect my works for you.

Contact Me

  1. In the contact form, please DO NOT send me any inappropraite links (ex: porn, spam, illegal websites, etc.)
  2. Please, message me for a legitimate reason.
  3. Please don't misuse the contact forms. They are there for a purpose.
  4. Any alternations to the site's contact form would be fine for your website. Just don't copy it completely.
  5. Make sure that you fill everything out according to the instructions or symbols.
  6. Lastly, DO NOT send in any hate or rude messages. Your mail will be deleted permanently, and I will ban your IP address also.
